TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these carefully before booking with us. These apply to all cars that are booked through us, Total Foam LLC.


1.

Booking Policy


1.1 All prices are subject to change upon arrival for your appointment, depending on the condition of the vehicle. No work will be done until a price is agreed upon.


1.2 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that all vehicles differ in condition and cleanliness. A proper assessment is necessary to provide an accurate quote for the cleaning process.


1.3 All prices listed on our booking page (Setmore) are base prices for the packages. The descriptions state 'Starting at...' followed by the base price.


1.4 A travel fee may be added to the total price if the commute to your location exceeds 30 minutes. This fee is calculated based on the additional time and distance required to reach the destination.


2.

Cancellation Policy


2.1 Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Exceptions may be considered based on the situation.


2.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment via booking app or phone (803-322-8442 or 803-412-2150) will incur a $30 rescheduling fee if rescheduling is requested.


2.3 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before an appointment via booking app or phone (803-322-8442 or 803-412-2150) can be rescheduled without a rescheduling fee.


3.

Rescheduling Policy


3.1 Please consider the weather when booking. In the event of bad weather or storms, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You are welcome to cancel the appointment altogether if preferred. We are committed to being flexible with rescheduling, understanding that everyone has their own obligations.
